Your morning will be as delightful as Chinese Eggs Fried with Ham! This recipe can be prepared for about thirty minutes and can serve ten people. Once you have tasted this recipe, you will surely never forget it! So, cook it now!

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan over a high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry for 1 second.
  • Add the rice and salt and stir with the eggs until the rice grains are separated.
  • Add the ham and spring onion (scallion) and stir-fry for 1 minute. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with coriander (Chinese parsley) leaves.
  • Serve hot.


  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 300 grams cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams cooked ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
