SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHILLI

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a deep pan, add in the onion and fry until soft but not browned.
  • Add the tomoto, and stir well. 
  • Add the chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala. Stir for a minute.
  • Add beaten eggs with salt, Stir constantly until the eggs is just set.
  • Garnish with crisp deep-fried onions.        
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 onion, finely sliced
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • 1 Medium sized tomato
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Deep-fried onions, to garnish
