Garnished with tomato wedges, chopped potatoes and other special flavors, this Italian Egg dish will surely look so yummy. Cook and try this Italian Eggs and be the one to experience the unbelievable taste of this egg dish.

Preparation Method :

  • Blend the parsley, marjoram, garlic, olives, shallot, anchovy fillets and pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth, and then add the oil. Adjust the seasoning.
  • Arrange the eggs on a serving dish and pour the sauce over them.
  • Garnish with tomato wedges and sprinkle with chopped parsley.


  • 50 grams parsley sprigs
  • 2 teaspoon fresh marjoram
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 10 black olives, stoned
  • 2 shallot, peeled
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 ml IDHAYAM Sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 hard-boiled eggs, shelled and sliced


  • Tomato wedges
  • Chopped parsley
