CHICKEN LIVER SKEWERS

Preparation Method :

  • Wipe the mushrooms but do not wash or peel them. Cut each bacon slice into 3 pieces. Cut each chicken liver in half.
  • Take 4 kebab skewers, thread 1 mushroom on each. Alternate bacon, chicken livers and mushrooms on each skewer, finishing with a mushroom.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Tabasco, then brush with oil.
  • Grill under medium heat for 6 minutes, turning the skewers frequently until the bacon and livers are completely cooked.
  • Serve hot with salad. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 mushrooms
  • 8 lean bacon rashers, derinded
  • 500 grams chicken livers
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Few drops of Tabasco
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
