Preparation Method :

  • Mix the oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, and parsley in a small dish. Add the chicken and coat well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Grill the chicken until golden and cooked through, 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot with the arugula and tomatoes.


  • 100 ml sesame oil
  • Finely grated zest and juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, halved lengthwise
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 150 grams arugula leaves
  • 6 tomatoes cut into wedges
