BARBECUED PEPPER RIBS

This barbecued pepper ribs is mixed with tasty ingredients. This ideal menu is combined with corn flour, honey, Worcester sauce, English mustard, balsamic vinegar and other flavorings. Every ribs beef rib absorbs its seasonings that made the menu more appetizing and delicious.

Preparation Method :

  • Place all the ingredients in a dish, toss the ribs in and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning the ribs every 6 hours.
  • Remove the ribs from the marinade and barbecue until cooked.
  • Place the marinade in a saucepan and then heat it.
  • Thicken it with a little corn flour and pour it over the ribs.
  • Let the sauce coat the ribs for 15 minutes, then quickly barbecue again until brown and sizzling.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.3 kg meaty beef ribs
  • A little corn flour

For the marinade

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons English mustard
  • 3 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • Salt (to taste)
