BEEF & TIGER PRAWN TERIYAKI

This beef and tiger prawn teriyaki is cooked with sirloin of beef, tiger prawns and teriyaki sauce. Its cooking methods are not so tough and you will firmly enjoy this dish. The menu is extremely healthy and best suited for lunch or dinner.

30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Take Teriyaki Sauce in a large glass bowl and place the beef pieces and tiger prawns in the bowl.
  • Blend them thoroughly and refrigerate it for 24 hours.
  • About two hours before barbecuing, remove them from the fridge and let them rest at room temperature.
  • Thread them alternately onto bamboo skewers pre-soaked in water for 15 minutes and barbecue or grill for 2 minutes on each side.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams sirloin of beef, cut into 5cm x 10cm pieces, fat and gristle removed
  • 500 grams Tiger prawns, shells removed
  • 1 quantity Teriyaki Sauce
