Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to taste, soy sauce, oil and onion in a bowl.
  • Add the pork cubes and allow to marinate for 1 to 2 hours, turning several times.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade and thread on to two long skewers, alternating with pieces of green pepper.
  • Cook under a preheated moderate grill (broiler) for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through and well browned, basting with the marinade several times during cooking.
  • Serve on a bed of rice.


  • 4 tablespoons wine vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons made mustard 
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2-4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 large pork fillet or 
  • 700 grams lean leg of pork, cubed 
  • 2 green pepper, cored, seeded and cut into pieces
