Smoked duck sausage with red pear sauce – what an amazing dish! This perfect dish is loaded with appetizing ingredients that truly match to your daily servings. With its red pear sauce and other added flavorings, the dish looks more attractive and alluring to taste.

Preparation Method :

  • To make the dipping sauce: In a food processor or blender Place- the pears, lemon juice, and cloves and process until smooth.
  • Transfer to a small glass or nonreactive metal bowl.
  • The sauce can be made up to 2 hours in advance and kept, tightly covered, in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Place the sausage in the pan and cook, turn the pieces frequently with tongs.
  • Cook for about 7 to 10 minutes , until firm, Skewer the pieces of sausage individually and serve with the dipping sauce.


Dipping Sauce

  • 4 ripe red pears, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 250 grams duck sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Small decorative skewers or toothpicks
