BABY BOK CHOY WITH SWEET BABY CORN AND WATER CHESTNUTS

Baby Bok Choy with sweet baby corn and water chestnuts is bunched with appetizing elements. With its combined sweet corn, water chestnut and other flavorings, this dish becomes more luscious and tempting. Every bite deeply attracts you to crave for more servings.

Preparation Method :

  • To make the basting sauce : Combine soy sauce with ginger, vinegar, and oil in a small glass and set aside.
  • Place the bok choy, corn, and water chestnuts on a platter and brush them generously with the basting sauce.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Grill the vegetables for atleast 5 minutes, basting often.
  • Turn the vegetables and cook an additional 5-7 minutes, baste it often. Transfer to warm plates and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger 
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 4 heads baby bok choy, (halved lengthwise)
  • 400 grams can baby corn, well drained
  • 250 grams cans whole water chestnuts, (well drained)
