BRUSCHETTA

The bruschetta is filled with perfect ingredients like plum tomatoes, crusty baguette and other flavorings. This meal appears more delicious once you added some enticing elements while serving the food. Preparing this menu only last for 15 minutes and you will deeply enjoy it.

Preparation Method :

  • Halve the tomatoes lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into ¼ inch dice and place in a medium glass or metal bowl.
  • Add onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir together.
  • Set it aside , loosely covered, at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • The tomato mixture can be made and kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours. Bring to room temperature before using.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Brush the bread slices with olive oil on one side and place them in the grill pan oiled side down.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, and then transfer to plates, grilled side up. Using a slotted spoon, top the bread slices with the tomato mixture.

  • 5 large, ripe plum tomatoes
  • 100 grams finely chopped red onion
  • 50 grams finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 cloves Roasted Garlic 
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 6¼ -inch-thick slices of crusty baguette
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
