Preparation Method :

  • Boil the milk till it turns thick consistency.
  • Add sugar, khoa, curd and cardamom powder and stir well.
  • Heat a pan with ghee, fry the cashew nuts, almond, and pistachios till light golden brown.
  • Add this mixture to the boiling milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.
  • Serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 ml Milk
  • 200 grams Sugar
  • 100 grams Khoa
  • 200 ml Curd
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 4-5 crushed Cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon crushed Almond
  • 1 teaspoon Pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
