BELGAUM PAV BHAJI

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the Cauliflower, Green peas and Potato in a cooker till one whistle and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan, pour oil and add the onion, when the onion turns golden, add garlic ginger paste, salt chili powder, turmeric powder and stir well.
  • Add tomato and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add all the cooked vegetables and add 1½ glass water, tamarind water and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add 2 teaspoon pav bhaji masala and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped onion, sev and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with pav.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Tomato chopped
  • 1 Lemon sized Tamarind soaked in water
  • 1 small sized Cauliflower chopped
  • 50 grams Soaked Green peas
  • 2 medium sized Potato
  • 200 grams Coriander leaves
  • 5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Chopped Onions
  • ½ tablespoon cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 12 Pav
  • 50 grams Sev
  • 2 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala

Paste

  • 5-6 Garlic flakes
  • ½ inch Ginger
