Preparation Method :

  • Wash the mustard and bathuva Leaves and grind to fine paste.
  • Heat a pan, pour oil, add onions, green chilli, ginger, garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Ground Paste and salt and stir well.
  • Add corn flour dissolve in water and add it to the above paste and stir.
  • Sprinkle garam masala powder on it.
  • Serve hot with Rotis and naan.


  • 2 bunches Mustard leaves
  • 1 bunch bathua leaves
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 small piece of Ginger pieces
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 medium sized onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour powder
  • 4 green chilli
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
