ALMOND PRALINE ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Make praline with sugar, lemon and almonds.
  • Mix banana, lemon juice, egg yolk, milk powder, honey and sugar together in a bowl.
  • Beat the egg white stiff. Beat the cream till peaks form.
  • Fold the cream into the banana mixture and then the egg white and the pounded praline.
  • Divide into individual ice cream cups.
  • Place in the fridge and serve when required.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams sugar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 150 grams blanched almonds
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 175 grams milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 150 grams thick cream
