APRICOT ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Puree the canned apricots using a little of the syrup and sieve.
  • Make sure that the puree must not be too thick.
  • Mix puree with lemon juice, cream, apricot liqueur and colouring and put in freezer containers.
  • Stir every 20 - 30 minutes until it is half set and then allow to freeze completely.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml lightly whipped thick cream
  • 900 grams apricots
  • 50 ml apricot liqueur
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 drops red food colouring
