CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the sugar, milk and chocolate on a medium flame until the sugar gets dissolved and pour them over the beaten eggs. Stir till a coating consistency.
  • Strain through a sieve and add in the essence.
  • Whip the cream till it forms soft peaks and add to the cooled custard.
  • Whip it well and add in the chocolate chips, freeze till firm.
  • Remove half an hour before serving. Scoop the ice cream into ice cream cups and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml thick cream  
  • 150 ml milk
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 50 grams plain chocolate
  • 2 eggs - beaten well
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 30 grams chocolate chips
  • 30 grams chocolate shavings
