CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Add in all the ingredients and mix well in a bowl.
  • Keep on a medium flame and stir-cook till it is of coating consistency and cool.
  • Add thick cream beaten well and vanilla essence. Mix lightly.
  • Pack and freeze.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 ml scalded milk
  • 350 ml thick cream
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 75 grams cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs - beaten well
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
