Enjoy The aromatic flavour of Coffee Ice-Cream, you will be happy to serve this to your loved ones. You can also make a milkshake or cold coffee by a topping of this Creamy and flavourful homemade coffee ice cream.
Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the milk with sugar and stir well to dissolve.
  • Beat the eggs and pour sweetened hot milk over it.
  • Transfer this mixture into a double boiler and stir cook till thick and smooth.
  • Remove from double boiler and chill.
  • Add cold coffee, a good pinch of salt and cream and chill again to freezing point.
  • Take out and add vanilla essence and rum and whisk well.
  • Put back in freezing containers and freeze to set.
  • Half an hour before serving remove from freezer. Serve with grated chocolate or Roasted Coffee beans on top.


  • 500 ml milk
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 75 ml strong cold coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
