CREAM BASED ICE CREAM

Serves :
3

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar till thick.
  • Add cream and essence and pour into freezer trays and half set.
  • Then remove and whisk well before freezing. Serve in ice cream cups.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • ¼ teaspoon strawberry essence
  • 3 egg yolks
