CUSTARD BASED ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat together eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Heat the milk. Remove and add egg mixture to it.
  • Return pan to heat and stir-cook till slightly thick and creamy.
  • Cool and fold in whipped cream and essence.
  • Pour into freezer trays and half-set.
  • Remove and whisk again before freezing completely.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml cream, lightly whipped
  • 3 tablespoon castor sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon essence
