EGGLESS ORANGE-LEMON-BANANA ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
1 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Blend all the ingredients except cream in a blender till smooth.
  • Whip the cream in a separate bowl till thick and fold into the banana mixture.
  • Pour into 2 - 3 freezer trays, cover and freeze till firm.
  • Remove the ice cream from trays before serving and blend once again to soften the frozen cream.
  • Serve at once, garnished with peeled orange sections.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 4 ripe bananas cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon castor sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • A few drops yellow food colouring
  • 150 ml cream
  • Orange sections for garnish
