- Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
- Add icing sugar, cream and salt and stir-cook over low heat till it reaches boiling point.
- Add rum on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot on Vanilla Ice Cream.

- 100 grams / 4 oz / ¾ cup unsweetened chocolate
- 25 grams / 1 oz / 2 tablespoon butter
- 150 grams / 6 oz / 1 cup shifted icing sugar
- 50 ml / 2 oz / 3 tablespoon dark rum
- A pinch of salt
