LEMON ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar till light and pale.
  • Add lemon juice, lemon rind and whipped cream.
  • Put contents in 2 - 3 ice trays and freeze till firm.
  • Remove and beat till smooth and creamy.
  • Return to freezer container, cover and freeze again.
  • Remove with a scooper into ice cream cups.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 eggs yolks
  • 150 grams castor sugar
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • ¼ teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
  • 150 ml whipped thick cream
