PEACH ICE CREAM

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut, discard the stones and mash the peaches.
  • Add sugar and salt.
  • Stir and leave till sugar has melted fully.
  • To the caster sugar, add 2 cups cream and vanilla essence.
  • Blend and partly freeze the cream mixture.
  • Remove from the freezer and add the fruit mixture and 1 cup whipped cream.
  • Put this in a freezer container and freeze again till done.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 2 kgs ripe fresh peaches
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 75 grams caster sugar
  • A pinch of salt
