VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Melt broken pieces of chocolate in water over a low heat.
  • Combine the cream with sugar and whip it well till it is thick.
  • Place 2 scoops of ice cream in 3 serving bowls and decorate each with the sweet cream.
  • Finally pour the hot chocolate sauce around the scoops and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 ml / 3 oz / ½ cup cream
  • 50 grams / 2 oz / ½ cup dark chocolate
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 15 ml / ¾ oz / 1 tablespoon water
  • 25 grams / 1 oz / 2 tablespoon castor sugar
