Preparation Method :
- Combine all the ingredients except essence and cream. Stir briskly.
- Cook over low heat, stirring all the time until it coats the back of the spoon. Strain and cool.
- Add vanilla essence and cream and whip well.
- Pour into an ice cream mould and freeze.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml thick cream
- 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 175 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 150 ml scalded milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ¼ teaspoon salt
