BEEF FILLET BBQ

With Macbeth ‘S Aberdeen angus beef special, you and your family will fully enjoy the dish. This menu is rich with appetizing ingredients such as rough pate, fresh chives, melted butter, brandy and other flavorings. Every piece of beef is indulged with irresistible taste.

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Slice the beef fillet down the centre and plate the pate and chives along the centre.
  • Fold the fillet over to ensure that the filling does not come out.
  • Place the fillet on a large piece of greased cooking foil , season it well with salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the butter and half the brandy, wrap the fillet and seal it very securely in the foil.
  • Cook over the barbecue for 12 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, reserving the juices.
  • Place the fillet on the barbecue and grill until its cooked, basting with the juices and finally finishing the basting with the remaining brandy.
  • Carefully slice and then serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg fillet of beef
  • 100 grams any rough pate
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 150 ml brandy
