BEEF SAUTE WITH ONIONS

This recipe is very easy to prepare. It will only take a few minutes to cook this recipe. Once you had a taste of the BEEF SAUTE WITH ONIONS, it will surely captivate your tongue. You will enjoy the onion taste that gives extra tender to the beef.

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the fat in a large heavy-based frying pan (skillet). Add the onions and fry gently until tender and lightly colored, turning mixture frequently.
  • Add the beef, stir well to mix, and then cook until heated through.
  • Add salt and pepper, vinegar, parsley and garlic and fry, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.
  • Serve immediately with Buttered Noodles.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams dripping or butter 
  • 4 large onions, peeled and finely sliced into rings
  • 700 grams cooked beef, thinly sliced 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 6 sprigs parsley, finely chopped 
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
