Preparation Method :

  • Combine the beef with the soy sauce, apple juice, red pepper flakes, garlic, papaya, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Mix well. Let marinate for 2 hours.
  • Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the celery and ginger until aromatic, 1 minute. Add the beef and the marinade.
  • Stir often until the liquid has evaporated and the meat is tender, about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and noodles. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot.


  • 2 kg beef tenderloin, cut into thin strips
  • 100 ml dark soy sauce
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 papaya, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 500 grams rice stick noodles
  • 5 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 300 grams baby spinach leaves
