BEEF WITH BROCCOLI such a perfect match for a recipe. The tenderness of the beef and the freshly taste of the broccoli is very indulging. It is also healthy and good for everyone. The taste of soy sauce is just right for the beef. Try this recipe now.

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the ingredients for the marinade in a dish. Add the beef and leave to marinate while preparing the broccoli.
  • Separate the broccoli into florets and slice the stems diagonally. Place in a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add the beef and stir-fry until brown. Add the broccoli, sugar and soy sauce or oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Serve hot with plain boiled rice or noodles.


  • 700 grams lean beef, thinly sliced across the grain into bite-size pieces 
  • 700 grams broccoli
  • salt
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • 4-5 slices root ginger 
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce or oyster sauce


  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoon dry sherry 
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
