Be ready for a perfect dish with beef burgers. This dish is best fro any events including family gathering and other events. Preparing this dish is extremely easy and doesn’t incur a lot of effort. Every bite is totally tempting and you will never forget its taste.

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a large bowl and blend them thoroughly.
  • Let the mixture be at room temperature for 3 hours, then shape into 4 x 100 gram burgers.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry for 6 minutes on each side, or barbecue for the same time.


  • 450 grams of lean organic minced beef
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh mixed herbs
  • 4 hard-boiled free-range eggs, shelled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped marinated anchovy fillets
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
