These San Francisco garlic burgers are mixed with tasty ingredients that truly fit to your family needs. This dish is made up of tomato puree, Worcester sauce, lemon juice, fennel seed, fresh coriander, fillet steak and other ingredients that added extreme taste and aroma.

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients, except the minced steak, in a saucepan.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring all the time, simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
  • Add 6 tablespoons of the sauce mixture to the minced steak and blend it thoroughly.
  • Shape into 4 burgers and grill on the barbecue for 5 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining sauce.


  • 4 spring onions, washed, trimmed and finely chopped
  • 100 grams tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of crushed fennel seed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 450 grams rough minced sirloin or fillet steak
