Herb Stuff Hamburger is an all-time favorite because of its delicious ham and toppings. It’s very easy and cheap to make a hamburger, you just need these lean minced beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, freshly ground pepper, butter melted, eggs, beaten, chopped fresh parsley and grated lemon rind.

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt and a good grinding of pepper lightly with a fork. With wet hands, shape into 4 thin patties.
  • Lightly mix together half the butter and the remaining ingredients with a fork. Spoon on to 2 of the patties, top with the remaining patties and press edges together to seal.
  • Brush the hamburgers with remaining melted butter and grill (broil) on a preheated oiled rack at high heat for about 6 minutes on each side.


  • 700 grams lean minced beef 
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • Freshly ground pepper 
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 50 grams fresh breadcrumbs 
  • 2 small eggs, beaten 
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley 
  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme 
  • ½ teaspoon chopped chives 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
