SPICY LAMB BURGERS

Preparation Method :
- Combine the chopped onion, garlic, chillis, and cilantro in a food processor. Blend to make a coarse paste.
- Add the lamb, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, coriander, salt, cinnamon, and pepper and blend to just combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and shape into four even-size burgers. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on medium-high heat. Drizzle with the oil and grill the burgers, 3-4 minutes on each side. Lightly grill the buns.
- Cover the bases of the buns with endive and sliced onion. Top with the burgers, a dollop of ketchup, and the tomatoes. Cover with the lids and serve warm.

- 1 kg ground (minced) lamb
- 100 grams dry bread crumbs

- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 50 ml sesame oil
- 6 burger buns, halved
- 100 grams curly endive
- 150 ml ketchup
- 4 tomatoes, diced
