Preparation Method :

  • Beat the chops / slices with a rolling pin or meat mallet to make tender.
  • For the spice paste, grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste. Apply the paste to the chops / slices and marinate for minimum of 2 hours.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Roll the chops / slices in the flour, then dip in beaten eggs. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side till golden.
  • Serve hot, accompanied by a green salad or sauteed boiled potatoes.


  • 500 Grams Lamb chops 

For the spice paste:

  • 60 grams Green coriander (hara dhaniya)
  • 2 -3 Green chillies
  • 6 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1½ tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Peanut oil for shallow frying
  • 50 grams Refined flour (maida)
  • 3Eggs, beaten
  • 100 grams approx. Breadcrumbs
