MARINATED LAMB CHOPS

Preparing a picnic with your girlfriends this vacation? Why not prepare Marinated lamb chops for your picnic. You and your friends will enjoy exchanging conversations together with this healthy and delicious meal. You and your girlfriends won’t forget this memorable vacation.

Preparation Method :

  • Trim the skin and excess fat from the chops. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb. Marinate for at least 2 hours, turning the chops occasionally.
  • Preheat the grill (broiler). Curl the tails of the chops round neatly and secure with small skewers.
  • Brush the rack with oil and grill (broil) the chops at high heat, brushing several times with the marinade.
  • Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until the meat feels soft but springy when pressed.
  • Cook 2 minutes longer on each side if you like chops well done.
  • Serve with Grilled Mushrooms.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 lamb loin chops 
  • 12 tablespoons dry white wine 
  • 12 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • Salt and pepper
