Lamb Curry is considered as one of the most popular recipes that can prepare for about forty minutes and can serve for about eight people. This is perfect to prepare in any type of occasion. Choose Lamb Curry as your lunch or dinner meal and experience the delectable taste.

Preparation Method :

  • Put the oil in your pressure cooker, let it foam and add the finely chopped onion. Brown it for 4 minutes.
  • Then add the celery heart and brown for 2 minutes.
  • Add the pieces of meat, brown them lightly for 15 minutes, sprinkle with flour, coat the pieces and deglaze with coconut milk, vinegar and water.
  • Let the mixture bubble, skim the surface a bit, then add the spices and raisins (which have been soaked beforehand), the grated coconut, salt and pepper.
  • Close the lid and cook for 11 minutes from the pressure cooker start hissing. Open, correct the seasoning.
  • Serve with rice.


  • 2 kg lamb without bones
  • 100 grams IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 onion 
  • 1 heart celery 
  • 4 tablespoon flour 
  • 1 level teaspoon mixed with four spices paprika 
  • 4 teaspoon curry powder 
  • 30 grams grated coconut 
  • 100 ml vinegar 
  • ½ litre water 
  • 50 grams raisins 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
