Sirloins with lemon and chive marinade Sauce – best dish combination you desire! This dish is combined with perfect elements that stir up the flavorings of the menu. Its main ingredients include fresh lemon juice, white wine, double cream and other tasty flavorings.

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a glass or china bowl, and place the sirloin steaks in the marinade for at least 4 hours.
  • Then grill the steaks for 4 minutes on either side.
  • Meanwhile, sieve the marinade into a saucepan and boil rapidly for 4 minutes.
  • Add the corn flour paste, cream and lemon zest, and boil slowly for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the steaks, garnish with slices of lemon and snipped chives, and serve.


  • 250 grams sirloin steaks, trimmed

For the marinade

  • 225 ml white wine
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 peeled and sliced onion
  • 1 peeled and sliced carrot
  • 1 washed and sliced celery stalk
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon white peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives

For the sauce

  • 1 tablespoon corn flour, blended with 3 tablespoons milk
  • 150 ml double cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
