This dish can spicy or sweet. A one look of this dish can catch your attention and make you craving. The main ingredients of this recipe are the followings: good blade steak, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, clove garlic crushed, grated fresh root ginger, sticks of celery.

10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Slice the beef across the grain into 5 mm/ ¼ inch strips and place in a bowl.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients (except the celery) and pour over, turning the meat to coat evenly.
  • Leave to marinate for 1 hour, turning the meat several times.
  • Remove the meat strips from the marinade and thread on to skewers, concertina fashion, alternating with slices of celery.
  • Grill (broil) for about 5 minutes turning once and brushing with the marinade. The meat should be rare on the inside.
  • Serve with boiled rice and salad.


  • 700 grams rump or good blade steak
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil 
  • 2 tablespoon honey 
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed 
  • 2 teaspoon grated fresh root ginger 
  • 4 sticks celery, sliced
