EASTERN LAMB

The eastern lamb is made of the ingredients like ground mace and coriander, rosemary, chicken and other ingredients. It also includes lemon juice, tomato juice and added spices. If you have not eaten yet this kind of recipe, try to cook this.

Preparation Method :

  • Put the onion and crushed garlic in a saucepan with the tomato juice.
  • Bring to the boil, and then simmer until the onion is softened.
  • Add the lamb pieces and stir in the spices and rosemary.
  • Add the stock, lemon juice, salt and pepper and bring to the boil.
  • Transfer all the ingredients to a casserole dish.
  • Cover and cook in a preheated moderate oven for about 30 minutes until tender.
  • Skim off any fat with a spoon or fat whisk, or leave until cold and remove the fat, then reheat.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 200 ml tomato juice
  • 1 kg lamb fillet pieces
  • 1 teaspoon ground mace
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
