Grilled foods are perfect menu for picnic in the garden. This lamb noisette recipe is a perfect match while having some wine. You will feel the craving for meat while it is still on the grill. The herbs and spices scent from it will make you feel relax on a weekend afternoon.

20 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Make small incisions all over the lamb and insert the slices of garlic and a few sprigs of rosemary.
  • Spread the mustard on both sides of the meat, season with a little salt and pepper, and sprinkle over the lemon juice.
  • Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Preheat the grill and cook the lamb for 4 to 6 minute each side or as preferred.
  • Serve hot.


  • 200 grams lamb noisette, trimmed of fat
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Few rosemary sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon French mustard with herbs
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
