KHEEME KE MUTTHIYAN

Preparation Method :

  • Sauté grated coconut, cloves, cinnamon in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and blend well.
  • Then, add onions and ginger-garlic paste and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Pour this ground masala in a bowl & keep it aside.
  • Then grind kheema and add this to ground masala, mix well.
  • Then make small size round balls.
  • Heat pan pour oil and fry the minced meat balls one by one.
  • Cook this till mince balls are well cooked.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 Grams minced muttton
  • 1/2 coconut (grated)
  • 8 cloves
  • 3 sticks (each 1 inch) cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 spoons red chilli powder
  • 1½ teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 2 medium sized onions cut in large pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 6 Tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

    This recipe sounds great..but why dhaniya powder and then coriander seeds again?
