Complete beef combination with egg noodles – that’s the best dish suited for the family. The egg noodles with beef have its own perfect ingredients to fulfill your cravings. It is made entirely with beef and other added components and excellent for lunch or dinner.

Preparation Method :

  • Boil water in a large saucepan. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain them and set it aside.
  • Heat the walnut oil in a wok until it is hot. Stir in the ginger, spring onions and garlic, and stir-fry for 45 seconds.
  • Add the red pepper, mushrooms and fillet steak. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • Pour over the corn flour mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Stir-fry for further 2 minutes, then add the bean sprouts, drained noodles and sesame oil.
  • Stir and toss for 1 minute, then serve.


  • Egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 2.5 cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 6 spring onions, washed and finely shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced
  • 150 grams button mushrooms, wiped and thinly sliced
  • 350 grams fillet steak, thinly sliced and seasoned
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour, mixed with 5 tablespoons dry sherry and 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soft brown sugar
  • 250 grams bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
