TOURNEDOS A LA BEARNAISE

Get the best dish you desire with tournedos a la béarnaise! It has a fillet of beef, beef dripping, béarnaise sauce, fresh parsley, and other essential ingredients. This dish perfectly matches to the cravings of your friends, colleagues and other special gatherings.

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Season the steaks, heat the dripping in a large frying pan and cook the steaks. Place them on a warm serving plate.
  • Fry the rounds of bread in the dripping until they are crisp on both sides.
  • Place them on a large hot serving plate, place a tournedos on each round of bread.
  • Pour over a little of the Bearnaise Sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley and then serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 kg fillet of beef, cut into 5cm slices
  • Freshly ground black pepper and Salt
  • 30 grams beef dripping
  • 8-12 rounds of bread the same size and shape as the fillets
  • 1 quantity Bearnaise Sauce (below)
  • Chopped fresh parsley
