Extremely delicious and completely satisfy your food cravings. With British beef roasted with an herb crust, you can automatically feel the essence of meat recipes. This menu filled up with excellent ingredients like beef, curry powder and other added seasonings that truly match your preferences.

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C/350°F.
  • Melt 50 grams beef dripping in a shallow roasting tin.
  • Trim the excess fat from the beef and cut in a little pocket.
  • Place the beef in the roasting tin, on the melted dripping.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs, mixed herbs and curry powder in a bowl and blend in a further 50 grams melted dripping to make a paste.
  • Cover the top of the sirloin with the paste, then roast in the oven for one hour.
  • Increase the oven temperature to Gas Mark 7/220°C/425°F.
  • Put the rest of the dripping in a large baking tray and place in the oven for 3-4 minutes until the fat is smoking hot.
  • Pour in the Mustard Seed Yorkshire Pudding batter and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove both the meat and the Yorkshire pudding.
  • Carve the beef, make some Onion Gravy with the beef juices and serve with the Mustard Seed Yorkshire Pudding.


  • 200 grams beef dripping
  • 1.3 kg sirloin of beef 
  • 150 grams breadcrumbs 
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mixed herbs
  • A pinch of Madras curry powder
  • Yorkshire Pudding Batter with 2 tablespoons mustard seeds whisked into it
