Preparation Method :

  • Brown the mince in a non-stick frying-pan.
  • Add the peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes before adding the sauce and beans.
  • Stir well, cover tightly and simmer for 20-22 minutes. Serve hot.


  • 500 grams canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed well.
  • 250 grams extra-lean minced beef
  • 1 red pepper, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 505 grams medium-hot chilli sauce
  • 1 green pepper, de-seeded and finely chopped
