The Paul reeds red wine sauce is cooked with palatable ingredients like butter, fresh tarragon, red wine, rich beef stock, fresh thyme and other flavorings. This dish can completely change your appetite. Once you taste this, you will surely crave for more bites.

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the shallots and herbs and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the red wine and boil rapidly, until reduced by three-quarters.
  • Add the beef stock and reduce again by three-quarters, until the sauce can thinly coat the back of a spoon.
  • Pass the sauce through a fine non-metallic sieve and pour into a sauceboat, ready for use.


  • 25 grams butter
  • 50 grams shallots, peeled and chopped
  • A sprig of fresh thyme
  • A sprig of fresh tarragon
  • 75 ml red wine
  • 500 ml Rich Beef Stock
