STIR-FRIED BEEF WITH SESAME SAUCE

The strange taste of the sesame makes this a more special one. The thinly slice of the beef and crunchiness of the sesame seeds give an exciting pleasure to your mouth. You will never resist your curving once you smell the perfect aroma this dish. A sesame seed is a good source of vitamins needed in your everyday work.

Preparation Method :

  • With a sharp knife, shred the beef as thinly as possible.
  • In a wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the meat with the garlic on a high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the meat changes color.
  • Add the stock and when boiling, add the co blended to a smooth paste with a little cold water. Stir until it boils and thickens.
  • Turn off the heat stir in the chili sauce and sesame paste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with boiled rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 375 grams lean grilling steak
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 60 ml peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 125 ml Beef Stock
  • 3 teaspoons corn flour
  • 2 teaspoons hot chili sauce
  • 3 teaspoons toasted sesame paste or smooth peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
