At first glance, you will surely tempt to taste the Yorkshire pudding with minced beef and onion. This dish continually surprises everyone because of its appetizing ingredients. Every piece of meat is loaded with perfect aroma and added ingredients that can never resist.

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7/220°C/425°F.
  • Heat the dripping in a large frying pan, add the minced beef and chopped onion, and cook for 12 minutes.
  • Season well.
  • Pour the fat from the minced beef into a large baking tray and place in the oven for 3 minutes until it is very hot. The fat should be smoking.
  • Pour in the batter and sprinkle with the minced beef and onion.
  • Bake for 30 minutes and then serve.


  • 50 grams beef dripping 
  • 250 grams best minced beef
  • 2 peeled and finely chopped onion
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 quantity Yorkshire Pudding batter
